Review: When I first opened the product, the spring on the top part of the battery compartment was not attached. I immediately requested for an exhange. I sent my defective product to staples and I got my new clock the next day. I was able to set up the time easy. The voice is clear and button is large enough to locate and press. This is a perfect gift for my blind mother who wants to check the time.

Review: I bought 2 of these for my dad a few months ago. One to keep on the table near his chair and one that he keeps in a pouch on his walker. He told me that these were the best things Ive bought for him. he is legally blind and they help him keep track of day, date and time. They are clear, loud and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend these for folks who have a hard time seeing a clock or watch. Have not had to replace the batteries yet and he seeks the time multiple times a day!
