Title: Made for low vision, but not for elderly
Review: This device works as advertised. However, I have two issues with it. I’m 85 with advanced macular degeneration. First of all, the stand is nearly impossible to open and close.. I have to leave it open all the time because it’s so difficult to open and then close. You need very strong hands. My other issue is the battery. We don’t know how to tell what the battery life is. Neither of us can find any icon on the screen.. This item is made for people who cannot see well, yet it makes it impossible to simply know when to charge it. My husband bought this for me and I asked about the battery on that email, but got no response even though they said they would within 48 hours.
