Title: Great lighting!
Review: As described. Slim, lightweight & functional with great lighting. Easy to mount just follow the directions. Will order more for other places in the house! Easy to charge with built in status light, doesn’t take long for a full charge. Only received three type C charging cords, but was not a problem after initial charging of all lights. Strong magnets hold them in place, motion detection is rapid. White light color & brightness is adjustable. Durable as I dropped a couple when taking them to charge up.

Title: The charge lasts a long time; optional timed settings; easy to install, set it and forget it!
Review: Once these are charged and ready to EASILY install, they last a long time on one charge. I bought one 5-pack and used four of them in our modest sized shared closet-2 at shoulder height so we can see our hanging clothes and 2 at shin height (so we can see our shoes. (We live in a modest home built in the 1990s, so no walk-in closets here, just a normal sized closet from the 1990s); and the fifth we placed in a coat closet. We used them for about a month and then discovered other places where we could use more! So I bought another 5-pack and again, we found a use for 4 of them: 1 in an awkward lower cabinet in the corner of our kitchen by the stove (where we keep the roasting pans and things we use once or twice a year-you know, THAT cabinet). The other three we placed in a utility closet located in a dark hallway, and in two tiny dark closets located in other rooms. The ONLY annoying thing is that I didn’t know about these rechargeable lights SOONER. I wish that I had known. They make our lives much easier. No more fumbling in the dark abyss for what you THINK is in the closet or where you THINK something is located. Oh! And I love love love the options! We set ours to come on when motion is detected and I think we have it set to stay lit up for 30 seconds and then it goes off automatically. NO batteries. NO more mental load of trying to remember to how they work. NO hassle, really. Just light when and where we need it. It was totally worth the $40 for 5. ($80 for ten makes them $8 each; not bad). They are small, weight next to nothing, and are very bright. I would recommend these to my family.

Title: Reliable Motion Sensors and Bright Light – Charging indicator not great
Review: I like these lights as the motion sensor is reliable and the light is bright enough to light up my cabinets, closets, hallways and kitchen work area. How long they last depends on how bright you set it and how often you walk through that area. I find that the hallway light lasts about a week while the cabinet that gets opened twice a day lasts about a month. The specifications say they charge in 2.5 hours and should last about eight hours if run continuosly.I like the ability to attach them to metal surfaces with the built-in magnets. You can also use the included double-sided tape to attach two metal plates to non magnetic surfaces. The magnet holds very firmly, even on wired shelving (see picture).A switch on the side has On, Off and Auto positions that are easy to move (except on one of the lights that makes it harder to move – I’ll see if it softens up with time). I leave it in the Auto position most of the time. The included remote control lets you set certain modes. By default, it’s set to Night mode where the light only turns on when motion is detected under low-light conditions.I noticed that if you dim the light with the remote but manually turn it off and then on again (or Auto) it reverts to the brightest setting. The best practice is to turn it off with the remote and press the “Night” button on the remote when you want to turn it back on to keep the brightness setting. The remote also offers a timer so you can leave the light on for 5, 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes. The remote uses an easy to replace CR2025 battery.One picture I posted shows the first batch on the left (purchased in July and September 2024) and on the right is like the ones I purchased on October 2024. As you can see the red charging indicator on the original ones is very faint and hard to see. I had to lower the camera’s brightness just so it shows in the picture. Charging in the daytime makes it very hard to determine if the light is red or green. I’m glad they improved the charing indicator but I’m thinking of exchanging the original ones (I bought two sets of five). Since then I’ve purchased three more sets to give to my parents and other family members.
