Review: UPDATE! Seller was very responsive once they got my msg about desk not working. They asked for a video, diagnosed the issue (bad display board) and not only sent me the replacement part, but a whole new desk entirely! THIS is what great customer service is. Thank you! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Desk WAS nice. It’s the perfect size for my tiny corner office space. Bought it in March, took me 30 mins to put together, loved it. four months later, it doesn’t work. Has no power, LED doesn’t light up, no juice, nothing. Bad motor or power supply maybe. It’s stuck between presets heights so I can’t even use it sitting or standing. Trying to get support all AM, nothing so far. We’ll see how this goes…

Title: Perfect for my small space
Review: I was worried that I might have trouble putting this together without any help. The directions recommend having 2 people to assemble. Although it would have been much easier with two extra hands I was able to securely put it together by myself. I love the ease of the electronic height adjustment.

Title: TOO HIGH! MUST BE PLUGGED INTO 110VAC!
Review: I’ve been using a TV tray at the couch for my laptop, but it was too high at 25.5″ tall. When I saw this had adjustable height, I failed to check the minimum height.It turns out that the lowest it will go is 28 inches. I can’t imagine what they were thinking.I found another brand that adjusts from 20 inches to 33 inches.Another deal breaker is that it must be tethered to a 110VAC electrical cord. Again, WHAT WERE THEY THINKING! The whole idea is for this to be MOBILE! And it’s used at a couch, which means that you likely can’t plug and unplug it quickly and easily. You may have to move the couch. I had hoped it would use a battery to drive the height adjustment.It’s a nice idea, but poorly designed–not thought through for how it will be used.If the height works for you and you don’t mind possible tripping on a cord getting on and off the couch, then this is great quality.

Review: I originally bought this for my laptop and it was perfect for my setup. I could stand and use it or sit. Then my granddaughter saw it and just had to have it for her printer. Of course I’ll be buying another one now.
