Title: Looks & Feels great. Sleep mode sketchy.
Review: This is a very attractive cover and I have received several compliments on it. Touching it has an okay feel, could be nicer, but it has held up pretty well so far – I have to give it high durability marks. The strap on the back definitely enables one handed reading but isn’t especially ergonomic or secure.The sleep mode seems to work but I don’t always trust it. Sometimes I open the cover and find the device still on. When it’s important that the kindle sleeps right away I use the button.Overall I like and would recommend this product, but I do wish there was something with higher quality materials and better ergonomics. At the time of purchase (Fall 2019) this was the best I could find.

Title: Great customer service
Review: I love the look of this case. I had one just like this for my paper white and I love the way it makes my Oasis look like an old book. Like other people, I had an issue with the sleep/wake function when I first put this on. I contacted the company and received a reply within 2 hours (on a Saturday). They responded and said that the one I received must be defective and they would send me a new one. I received the new one in about 4 days. The sleep/wake function works great with the new one that they sent. If you are having an issue just reach out to the company. They will definitely make it right!

Title: Not exactly what I hoped for but good value for $$
Review: Just upgraded to the Oasis from Paperwhite, during Prime Day sale, and needed a case to protect it. At $18.99, this one was a lot less expensive than the real leather ones. I had one of those for the Paperwhite and this one looks and feels just as nice. Time will tell as to durability.I wish it was a little less thick as it does add a lot to the bulk of the sleek and slim Oasis, but I can live with that. It’s definitely not going to suffer from a fall in this thing. My biggest gripe is that the wake/sleep feature works only sometimes. That worked perfectly on my Paperwhite case (but that case cost $40something, too). I still give it 4 stars because I discovered (somewhat to my surprise) that I don’t really care that much — it’s super easy to turn it on and off manually (MUCH more so with the button on top instead of at the bottom on the Paperwhite).So bottom line is that it serves my purpose well, it looks good and classic, and it’s a good value for the money as long as the wake/sleep isn’t a big deal for you.

Review: I’m not even sure what “sleep mode” is in relation to this item. I do like this case though. It gives the hand something to hold on to and it feels like it offers protection to the Oasis, which is very light and feels like it needs something to fortify it. I like the design of this case, it has character and doesn’t feel generic.

Title: Not what I was hoping for.
Review: The cover is pretty. The construction is not as high quality as I thought it would be from the description. The best feature is that it is EXTREMELY lightweight. The cover is thicker than others I have used in the past and makes the Kinclle awkward to hold for any length of time. Yes, it has an elastic strap built in, but it doesn’t fit my hand well for comfort. I dislike the fabric on the interior of the cover. It is not soft or smooth. It has a scratchy texture. Overall, I would not recommend this product.
