Review: I got this for my Mother who tends to wander. It’s a great device for the elderly. It’s like a cell phone and an emergency response device in one. It requires a monitoring subscription, but the fee is nominal for the freedom it gives the adult to be monitored and peace of mind for the caregiver.

Review: I got this device for my mom and dad after a fall. The device arrived quickly and look easy to use. Its small and light. Looks nice too. Customer service was nice and easy to deal with. You can have up to 5 personal emergency contacts on file with the emergency operator and the operator can call one of us kids instead of emergency services if needed. They can also keep any prescriptions on file incase paramedics do need to be called. Great device and concept. Feel much more at ease knowing this is in their possession
