Title: Reliable and Bright Motion Sensor Lights!

Title: Great security lights, very bright.
Review: Work great, very sensitive. Much better than the off brand ones I previously had that would constantly go on for no reason. the only time i seem to get false activations is when I get blowing fine snow, it seems like the reflection of the fine blowing snow will turn them on, but other than that they have worked great.

Title: Works as Advertised
Review: Other kinds of motion detecting floodlights only come with one motion sensor operating both lights. You have to choose just one direction to point them. These lights each have their own sensor. This enabled me to point my existing floodlight fixture 180 degrees opposed from each other, and they light independently. I was a little hesitant to try these, reading another review that says they don’t turn on. They don’t turn on in daylight, but by design only come on after dark and with motion. I’ve had 4 of these for about a month now, and they have been great! Now they each come on only as needed. And if I happen to be inside when they come on, I can better tell what direction motion was detected.

Title: Good for about 3 years.
Review: I purchased these on 9/28/2022 and installed them. I set them to be on motion and never turned the light switch off. They worked fine, though they did have a more yellow tint later, until December of 2025 when one burned out . The other one burned out two weeks later.

Title: Be aware that you can turn off the motion detection function, but you can turn it back on.
Review: We had a motion detector light in our backyard for about 30 years, and about two years ago, the detector part stopped working. A friend who knows electronics offered to hardwire the light socket to the power: screw a bulb in, it’s on; unscrew it, and it’s off. Not a good solution. He suggested we check on “smart” lightbulbs.While looking at those, I noticed these motion detector bulbs. If they can do this, we can use our old lamp and be good to go. One big tip: because our light was now hard-wired, as I screwed this new bulb in, it flickered on and off several times. WHICH INADVERTENTLY TURNS OFF THE MOTION DETECTOR FEATURE. I thought the light was no good as it wouldn’t turn off. Reading the instructions, I figured out what happened. Turned off the circuit breaker for over 3 seconds, returned the motion detector capability, and now all is good.This works as promised.

Title: Defective Design Ceiling Mount Motion Sensor Fixture is Garbage
Review: Unlike other models where there is a cut out in the diffuser for the motion sensor, this model has the motion sensor inside of the diffuser. The motion sensing does not work with the light diffuser on and will keep the light on until power is cut. The motion sensor and auto off does work with the diffuser off, so this is very much a design issue.Pros: its brightCons: Cost for what is essential a regular LED light fixture, does not work as intended for motion sensing.
