Review: It is a nice dimmer that allows you to put two dimmers into a single switch box position. It seems to work well. I have only had it in operation for about one hour. It works easily with Alexa.However, It is difficult to set up in the Gosund app (have to do this for Alexa control). because the instructions are inaccurate and I have almost given up. There are no flashing lights when it goes into setup mode. I happened to go to the WiFi network list on my phone after doing the reset and found a GOSUND_

Title: Terrible “Working” Product
Review: I own/use multiple GHome products and I don’t have much of an issue with any of them. There was a need for a dual dimmer and I wanted to keep the switch within the same app for automation purposes. Unfortunately, this dual dimmer switch is absolutely one of their worst products. I have several of their single dimmers, which, for the most part, work fine. I purchased one of the dual dimmers and found that the touch sensor was basically unresponsive to touch. Thinking the switch to be defective, I ordered a second one. The second one is worse than the first. I do NOT recommend this product.The plus with this switch is how it connects to the house wiring. It does not use pigtails and wire nuts. You insert the wires into holes on the back and tighten set screws on the top, making it super easy to install, without having to fight for extra space in the box. For that alone, I give them five stars.
