Title: Really helpful product
Review: This is perfect for anyone living with a hard of hearing person. The tv can be at normal volume and the hearing impaired person wearing these can hear through the device. It really solved a problem. The set up was easy but I had to call support to help with a setting on the tv. They were immediately responsive and knew exactly what to do.

Title: Great Product – BEST Customer Service
Review: I ordered these based on the reviews. He has been using them for 3 weeks. Now, we can enjoy watching tv together without having to turn up that volume to an unbearable level. I had trouble setting them up (I’m not good with this stuff). Customer service (which was Ian, who is the CEO) contacted me within 10 minutes to set up a time to help me. Ian walked me thru the process and made sure everything was working. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service: it was so nice to speak to someone who I can understand, is patient and makes sure I understand everything. He told me to reach out if I have any other problems. We were so pleased with the quality of these and the customer service, that we ordered the over-the-ear headphones. Great sound quality and you can adjust the tone to your personal preference. Highly recommend!

Title: fire hazard
Review: The Hearsound wireless TV headset worked moderately well for a few weeks. Last night I turned them on to watch a show and they quit working. I noticed the headset plastic case was getting hot so I turned it off. It remained hot and started melting the plastic case so I quickly took the case apart and removed the battery. The battery was “burn your hand” hot but did cool down after removal. Do Not Waste your money on this item!!! It is a worthless FIRE hazard!!!

Title: 100 percent plus great product
Review: What a great product. If I could I would give the product and especially the personal support team a 10+. They work great. So nice to listen to TV at a normal volume and my husband can put these on.and turn them up where he can hear and enjoy tv. I bought them so I can enjoy tv at a much lower volume. Great purchase. So worth the cost.

Title: Good. Needs better battery life.
Review: I am a care giver for a bedridden family member. My LO watches tv most of the day. I really need something that works 16+ hours to be best suited for my needs. The product was easy to set up and works as intended, but the battery doesn’t seem to last even the 12 hours the specs suggest.

Title: Outstanding Customer Service
Review: This is a wonderful headset. The sound is clear and I love that’s its Bluetooth. I used to have a well known brand of TV headset. It made me nuts that if something or someone stood in front of the receiver, I would get static. That doesn’t happen with these. I did have an issue connecting them when I got them, so I got in touch with the company. I got a quick response and we got the issue resolved. I highly recommend this company. The customer service is above and beyond as well as their integrity to stand behind their product.

Title: Mom can hear her shows again
Review: My mother has always insisted her hearing is “just fine,” even though the TV volume kept creeping higher and higher. It was getting to the point where we wer worried the neighbords would lodge a noise complaint with the HOA. I got this on a whim, hoping it might help without starting an argument, and it worked better than expected. Setup was relatively quick. She can control the volume to her liking, and the sound is actually clearer than what she was hearing from the TV speakers. Now she uses it every evening, so that when we call her she sometimes answers the phone with the headset on, which is a whole other problem, but whatever. The house is quiet again. She won’t admit it out loud, but I think she loves it. She is telling us about her programs again, which proves to me that she is hearing them again! If you’re dealing with a similar situation, someone you care about who’s not quite ready to admit they’re missing things, this might be a respectful and easy way to help.
