Title: Missing Shockproof case in package
Review: I like the product, it is very user friendly, however I did not receive the shockproof case which I feel is needed to protect the devise. I ordered another one before I realized the shockproof case was missing, hopefully the case will be in the next one.

Title: Have realistic expectations at this price point and they work OK
Review: So I got this for my dad to use a backup as his much more expensive pair are currently in for repair. These do not compare to his original set at all but at this price point we were not expecting them to. This worked fine for specific purposes but fails in some other areas.What areas are these good for? Watching TV, listening to single talkers – these sort of aspects. If you only need to focus on one audio area these works OK – the volume range is good and easy to manually adjust and the ear bud does fit nicely in the ear canal however there is mixed reviews on how they sit on the ear. My father thinks they sit OK though the back piece sits a little high on his larger ears. My mother decided to try it as well and she found it to large on her smaller ears with the back section not sitting securely and feeling like it was flopping around a bit. So if you have normal-larger ears these should fit but if you have smaller ears (actual ear size, not canal) these might not fit as comfortably. There are three size tips inside and we had no problem finding the right size for both of them from the selection so good there.Where these fail – any environment with multiple noise sources. The hearing aides struggle to handle multiple people talking, especially if there is background noise like a TV on or a crowd situation. In these settings they are also terribly directional meaning that the person sitting to your side that has the hearing aide in will sound very loud, the people in front of you will sound OK but if anyone is on your ‘blind’ side you will not hear them at all. The power switch is a bit small so if you have stiff fingers you may find it a bit fiddly to get on. Did find a bit of a delay in the power on stage but it did work out of the box.As a temporary replacement for him to be able to watch TV this hearing aide is OK. The battery lasts long enough for him to watch all his shows with no issues and is easy to recharge through the USB charger. These will never compete with an actual expensive pair from a hearing aide place but we were realistic going in and knowing they would not so for our expectations we think these are a decent value though I do wish they were sold as a set, not singles.

Title: I was surprised
Review: This product is very light weight, the ear buds fit perfectly in my ear.they are very soft and comfortable. Doesn’t feel like I’m wearing anything. The volume can go extremely loud. It charged pretty fast. I’m going to purchase another as a spare back up.

Title: Good hearing aid product
Review: I have severe hearing loss and these hearing aids work great! I have tried many over the counter hearing aids and these are by far the best. I had to return a set of hearing aids from another brand because it broke very quickly and I purchased another brand at the same time and it didn’t work nearly as well as these. I will probably buy another set just to have “stock” when these eventually break. The instructions for these hearing aids are simple and clear and the price is very good for the set. I have no idea what the sound is supposed to be like and it took a few days to get used to it but other than that so far so good.
