Title: Great product
Review: I received this hearing aid a couple days ago and I immediately tried it and loved it. I am deaf in my left ear and was not going to spend $3,000 for a hearing aid elsewhere. I came on here and found this one and absolutely love it! It’s bulky in my ear but stays firmly in place, the charging case came damaged and not charging. I get it things happen during shipping and you get faulty items you don’t know about. I am receiving a replacement and I’m sure the new one will work. This item still deserves a five star because of how awesome it works. I don’t care if it’s bulky. I get compliments on it a lot from people thinking it’s an ear bud.
