Title: Closer to an amplifier.
Review: I returned this product. Too much feedback and background noise to help my hearing issue. Bluetooth connection was a “tinny” sound. Ear piece was uncomfortable but I did not try other sized fittings.

Review: These aids actually seem like they could be ok, but I cannot get the background noise reduction function to work as described in the instruction manual and I am not able to find any customer support so I unfortunately will likely have to return them
