Title: Update on prior review.
Review: Update. I gave this product a negative review but the manufacturers sent me a new unit that seems to work well. My only complaint is that the default volume settings, even at its lowest is a bit too loud for me. I would like a workaround for this issue. Otherwise, the products works as expected.I would have liked the product, but after 3 hours, the battery goes dead. Neither the the left or right will work and I need a 12 hour charge. Volume control and noise cancellation worked well after charging, but after three hours everything becomes ineffective.

Review: Bought these for my mother and so far they are working well. Amplifies voices around her while suppressing unnecessary noise. She says they are comfortable and loves that the hearing aids can charge in their own case. Very convenient to bring around and use. Great value for an important daily use product for my mom! Would recommend for those with hearing problems that aren’t ready for medical hearing aids quite yet.

Review: I bought this hearing aid set for a family member who needs a hearing aid but doesn’t think they do. Don’t we all have a family member like that? Then there’s the money you have to spend for a “Big Name” device. Let me say how pleasantly surprised I was by this hearing aid set. And how happy my family member is, that I purchased these. She can hear what she’s been missing all this time! The sound quality is very good for a hearing aid at this price point.These are kind of like audio/music earbuds that sit inside the ear & ear canal. As a bonus, these are a light tan/flesh color so once they are in the ear, they are not very noticeable. For those who might be self-conscious about wearing a hearing aid, this is a big plus. They are simple to setup & use and come with their own portable charging/carrying case.So, a quick recap. No doctors visit. No insurance hassles. No taking a loan out for $2,000 “Big Name” hearing aids. If you have an “I don’t need a hearing aid” family member, buy a pair & make their life, and probably your life, a little better & easier.
