Review: I have ordered this item twice, and it is not what the picture shows. The picture shows the hearing aids hook over your ear, but when I received them, the hearing aids just sit in your ear and they keep falling out. I thought the wrong ones were sent so I reordered them. I received the same ones, which is not what the picture shows. Now I will have to return the second pair.
