Title: Hearing better
Review: I really love these hearing aids! They’re super comfortable to wear and don’t fall out, which is a huge plus for me. The sound quality is clear, and they make conversations and watching TV so much easier. I also like that they look more like regular headphones than hearing aids, so they don’t stand out. The only downfall is when I go yell at my kids, I end up yelling at myself too 😂. Definitely happy with this purchase!

Title: unsanitary used item
Review: September 11, 2024:The device I received looked promising with a nice looking design and color scheme.When I removed the neckband, I looked it over and sought the USB port to give it an initial charge. What I discovered was that the device had not only been previously used, but also had been left with crusty, dried earwax in the earbuds.Of course I’m NOT going to try the product in this condition.This evaluation item will be discarded unless Amazon requests it be returned.If it had been a paid purchase, I would return it for a refund.

Title: quite good for the price.
Review: This was a pleasant surprise. After buying 5 different aids, this one has some benefits, such as I’m now able to hear voices and less noise than my other ones. It still has drawbacks but for the price I’ll probably be using this one more than others

Title: Great sound with bluetooth connections
Review: This item is a hearing amplifier device that sits around your neck and has a wired connection to an ear plug and include bluetooth capability. The target market is seniors, but I think younger folks, like me, with hearing challenges would benefit from this device. The first thing I tried was the bluetooth feature. It paired with my Samsung phone right away without incident. I was able to listen to music and audio books with good sound quality. I tested the phone capability and the person on the other end heard me without issue. In terms of amplification in your surroundings, I found the sound to be a little tinny. I had the amplification needed, but not the clarity I would prefer. There are five levels of amplification to be used depending on need. There is also two modes of noise reduction which reduces any constant background noises in your surroundings. The low level noise reduction worked well for me in a social gathering. I found that I didn’t need to say ‘can you repeat that’ very often as I usually do. The high level of noise reduction removed more background noise, but seemed to make the sounds I wanted to hear less clear. I felt the included instructions were helpful in getting a quick start. The controls are on the neck section and are straight forward. The neck section sits comfortable on my neck and didn’t cause any discomfort. When I wear them I feel like I’m just wearing a regular head set to listen to my music or books. The device comes with a number of ear buds so you can get a good fit. I found it was important to get good coverage of the ear canal to get the best sound. The price point is a little high for my liking, but when you look at the cost of hearing aids it seems reasonable. Overall, I found this hearing amplifier to work well enough where you get the amplification you need in daily interactions, but I wouldn’t wear it to a classical music concert. Whereas the bluetooth connection was really good with great sound quality.

But, in those moments where the hum of conversation dips too low, when voices become little more than shadows, it does lend a hand, lifting the faint words just enough for them to meet the ear.And yet—there is always an and yet—the clamor of the world, the background noise, the clatter and hum that fills the spaces between voices, it still seeps in, uninvited, mingling with the words one wishes to hear. This device, with all its intentions, does not filter the noise as one might hope, does not carve clean lines through the clutter of sound.
