Review: I garden a lot in Houston heat and the sweat damages my conventional hearing aids (Costco and Philips brand). So I tried other hearing methods such as a little $ 100 amplifier on my belt connecting to headphones but the corded headphones were in my way constantly. These hearing aids are great and not having a cord to connect is priceless. They are also moisture proof so I no longer ruin my $1,400 normal hearing aids. The only con is that they sqeal very loudly and even at the 1 setting they are too loud and tinny but at least I can garden in extreme heat. I recommend these as backups especially if you only have one set of hearing aids
