Title: Lightweight, comfortable and easy to use
Review: My grandfather has become less and less talkative due to his hearing loss, and I prepared him these hearing aids to have a try. These hearing aids are lightweight and can be easily worn in the ear, and they have a low-profile design, which my grandpa likes. The material is very soft and they don’t put too much pressure on the ears, so he can wear them for a long time. Since he started wearing these hearing aids, Grandpa has started participating more actively in family gatherings. Last week at a get-together, he actually volunteered to talk about his fishing days when he was younger. Although the TV was on in the living room and there were a lot of people in the house, my grandpa could still hear our conversations well. The battery life is ok to last over ten hours but still need to charge it every night. The operation is also very simple and senior-friendly, even for my grandpa, who is not very good at technology, can handle it easily. So far, we are happy with them and hope they to be durable.

Title: Terrible Product!!!
Review: Do not, I repeat, do not buy these. Toyal waste of money the charging system barely works, have to keep checking it, the charging card is like 1 foot, I keep my aids on the table by my chair, no usb around, it won’t fit in my Apple. So don’t get excited to get these now, just be disappointed. They have to go back. All I can say is look elsewhere for your hearing aids. Also manual is so small and print is so light you can’t read it. Looked up online and they said match red to red and blue to blue, there is NO blue, red, yellow, green anywhere, they said do not USB, plug directly un wall outlet. The core is 2 USB, can’t plug into wall unless you have an adpter? SCAM. SCAM!!!
