Review: First one we received the right ear didn’t work. Ordered a replacement. On thus one the left year didn’t work. We hadn’t returned the first one yet, so we just exchanged and got one working pair. My husband loves them. Says they are better the the pair he paid $4000 for. Recommend!

Title: whistling sound got annoying.
Review: Good parts – incredibly tiny, so no one needs to know problems with hearing. UV sterilization included, others I was looking at was separate, though i’m not sure how strong it actually is.. The sound is crystal clear and the rechargeable case is great. But here is the catch: the volume is a bit aggressive. The “low” setting is still loud enough to be startling, and it amplifies everything. You will hear the person talking to you, but you will also hear your own voice booming in your head and the air conditioner from the next town over. There is also a faint whistling like sound, which is the biggest problem and why it’s not being used all the time

Title: Still Deciding — Some Static but Might Just Take Getting Used To
Review: This is my first time trying hearing aids like these, so I’m still figuring out what “normal” should sound like. I’m not sure how much I love them yet. Even on the lowest volume, I notice quite a bit of static, and I’m not sure if that’s part of the adjustment period or the product itself.They’re comfortable and easy to use, so I’m giving them some more time before I make a final decision. Just sharing my experience in case it helps other first-time users.
