Title: Not a benefit for me
Review: I thought these would filter out background noise but for me they did not. They also amplify my already loud voice to the point of it being distracting. I bought these to use when I am out with a friend that speaks at unbelievable low tone. I have such a hard time hearing her and I thought these might help. No help at all. For me, they may work for you. they definitely amplify

Title: Extremely high cost-performance ratio!
Review: Since using it, communication has become much smoother. It’s simple and easy to use, perfectly meeting my expectations. The voice enhancement function is incredibly useful; even those in the back of the meeting room can hear clearly. I will definitely buy it again if needed. It’s a fantastic product.

Title: Worked, but kept falling out of my ears
Review: These work well enough, but I have returned them, as no matter what size of ear channel adapter I used, the hearing aids would fall out of my ears. We have carpet in the house, so the dropped hearing aid was undamaged, but I thought I had better return them before they dropped out on concrete and broke, or fell out and got lost.These have many wonderful features for the price, but they simply did not fit well enough to keep them.
