Title: These work well!
Review: These really work well. I was skeptical due to the price but they have good features that enhance their usefulness. The Bluetooth capability adds functionality by allowing the user to adjust volume for each side and frequency pattern separately for each side, via an app on your cell phone.Using the perforated ear tip enhances comfort. After a couple of days you don’t even knownits there. And you can’t beat the price.

Title: A hearing aid that doesn’t hold a charge.
Review: The only complaint I have is that my right earring aid does not hold a charge as it should. The left is fine, just a little annoying about the right earring aid.

Title: Absolutely no product support available.
Review: The good: as soon as I put them on, the Earrck hearing aids delivered quality sound improvement in a range of frequencies. There are adjustments on the earpiece to control volume (short press of button) and environmental scenes (long press of button) and these work well enough.Please note that the product comes with protective strips across the charging contact points and you have to remove these before charging. Also, unlike other aids I have tried, they do not come with attached bells to insert in the ear. Fitting these on the sound tubes requires some dexterity. If you have arthritic fingers you might need some help.The disappointing: most of the features described for the BELLTER application do not work. I am able to sync the hearing aids with my phone via bluetooth and make volume or environmental adjustments. They do not show up in my connected devices list on my phone and I cannot use them to listen to music or make a call. (These two features are not promised in the product sell.) The audio test to tune the aids to my ears does not work. This was important to me because my hearing loss is quite different ear to ear.The frustrating: although the product page promises 24/7 support, there is actually no way to get in touch with the company. No contact information is provided in the manual or the app, and when I tried to get support through Amazon this did not come up on the list of my orders they can help with.My conclusion: these are ok but too expensive as basic hearing aids which is all I can use them for without the ability to adjust to my hearing and without product support. I will be returning them.

Review: I love these hearing aids so far, I’ve only had them for 2 weeks, I’m still getting to adjusting them, that’s the part i love just getting on the app and and adjusting them, I had a expensive pair for years, these bet them especially the price
