Title: Exceptional sound
Review: I bought these for my wife to replace a new set that was just awful. The old set was “tinny” according to her and would not hold the mode. This set is awesome, per her. The sound is the best she has had in this type of hearing aid and it was already charged enough when they arrived that she could try them right away. They are the smallest she has ever had and she loves that they are unnoticeable. This is only day one so hopefully they will retain their quality for a long time. Recommend over all the others we have tried.

Title: Low volume is really loud
Review: May be that this product just doesn’t fit my needs but the lowest volume setting blows my ears out. Consequently, it is virtually useless to me. I tried it for the last 30 days to make sure and give them, and my ears some time to adjust to each other, but to no avail. Maybe I should have researched them more. Money down the drain. Let me be clear, I am in no way suggesting that there was any misleading advertising. Lesson learned
