Title: Questions unanswered
Review: I have a number of questions about this item which I can’t get answers to. I do not know whether there is a product warranty beyond the Amazon policy; I don’t know whether the units will overcharge if hooked up too long; I don’t know how I can get a replacement if one of the ear pieces is lost or goes bad; and other questions which apparently are not able to be answered. There is a segment in the ad called “Ask Rufus”, which I did, but Rufus was not able to answer any of these questions. I did find a tag affixed to the box which says “E-mail to contact us: Amaz9A@outlook.com”. I sent some questions to this address, but didn’t get any response. The operating manual also offers to “call us” about any questions, but whom do I call or write to, to get answers? Finally, I am not sure the system is working properly or not. The local sounds are louder than without the ear pieces installed, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to adjust the high and low frequencies. The sounds are louder, but not necessarily more crisp and understandable.

Review: I recently purchased the Flawwors OTC hearing aids. The price point at which I purchased them made me skeptical at first, but I ended up placing the order. They arrived promptly and I began by reading the included manual. I must say, the manual is exceptional. It’s not a one-page instruction but a comprehensive booklet. I was up and running in no time and not disappointed.I knew that I needed help with my hearing because I was using closed captions on my TV and had trouble with various conversation settings. These hearing aids helped me with these issues. I am very satisfied with their performance and would recommend them to anyone that is having issues such as mine.

Title: They function well
Review: This is the third pair of in-the-ear hearing aids I have purchased and are well worth the money. With other low-priced hearing aids, I was bothered by background noise.My concern is staying in my ears as I move around a lot. These seem a bit chunky at first but a bit of wiggling results in a good fit, that lasts all day, which is totally amazing to me.The several volume adjustments are easy to use and I always reset to the lowest volume to start. During the day I may bump them up once, but they clearly would help people with more hearing loss than I have.Thanks for making my days much easier.

Title: Wonderful Hearing Aid
