Title: No problem taking my money no quality product delivered.
Review: 350 dollars and the “how to” videos aren’t on the website anymore, one of the hearing aids doesn’t work. And the one that does work doesn’t have a natural sound, everything sounds like a robot. Asking for refund.

Title: Bad hearing aids
Review: I bought these aids for my father. He said they would seem to go off and on at will, and when he would turn them up to where he could hear them working, they would squeal and buzz. I went ahead and tried them. I have very good hearing. They did just as my dad said, squealing and buzzing. I sent them back.
