Review: The case charged just fine. When ear pieces placed in charge case nothing happened. Could not get them to charge. No customer service to speak with. Amazon could only offer a refund. No replacement

Title: Very inconvenient “volume” button placement.
Review: The volume control is a tiny button on the hearing aid itself. It comes with a tiny screwdriver to adjust volume. BUT ……..every time you want to adjust volume, you must remove hearing aids to do so… Very inconvenient. Also there is NOT a “mode” button to control different “background noise” .I do not recommend these for the person who desires “ease of use” nor “sound quality” .
