Title: In the ear, a good replacement for over-the-ear devices, but mostly for volume amplification
Review: A long review, but I think it’s needed. I have been wearing expensive over-the-ear hearing aids for about 5 years, supposedly offering two programs. They were only okay, and I couldn’t tell the difference in the programs, this after taking them to the audiologist who sold them to me. About the time that one of mine broke, Medicare cleared the way for buying over-the-counter, much less expensive hearing aids. I started checking what might be possible and wanted to consider in-the-ear aids. Over-the-ear can really get in the way of wearing eyeglasses! I saw these Incensonic aids, so thought I’d try them They offer many of the same benefits as much higher cost, in-the-ear hearing aids (see photo): USB C (cable included) rechargeable in a small, easy to use case; the aids are color coded, blue/left, red/right; they come with two packs of domes that are easy to install, and each pack offers a range of sizes; there is also a cleaning brush, a decent quick use guide, a detailed manual, and a 1 year warranty card.I’ve now worn them eight hours or so a day for a full week, and my view of actual use is complicated. PROS: 1) They are comfortable once you choose the appropriate dome for your ear canal. You may need a different size for each ear, so you should try several. The manual emphasizes this. 2) The small pull-wire for insertion and removal should point down as shown in the quick guide. It initially seems difficult to find and feels flimsy, but I’ve gotten used to the feel and the pull wire now seems durable. 3) The aids power on when removed from the charging case or by pushing the button, then turns off when going into the case. When pulled from the case they take about 10 seconds to come on. 4) Each charge lasted at least two 8 hour days and I was able to get 3 recharges out of the case. CONS: 1) The push buttons are difficult to find when the aids are in your ear, as is pushing them. This took me a long time to get used to! 2) Volume is controlled by pushes on the button as described in the manual, and the ”howl,” screech, or whatever can be difficult to control. You can’t easily be sure volume is correct if your finger is too close to the microphone (truthfully, all hearing aids seem to have this problem). You also need to pay attention to how much background noise you can hear, and it can be deceptive. I have learned that when I find a comfortable volume, I don’t change it unless absolutely necessary! It took me two days to find that comfortable volume. 3) The manual says that pushing the button for about 2 seconds also lets you change between the 4 programs. I have yet to see that there is any difference except for volume. This is my primary reason for giving only 4 stars instead of 5. ON THE WHOLE: it is a good product and very affordable. I do like the in-the-ear approach. These will do until I can afford aids that are hopefully more manageable, but unfortunately, they will probably cost a lot more.

Review: This hearing device is compact and nearly invisible, equipped with ear tips of various sizes to allow me to choose the one that fits my ear canal. Once worn, it is almost undetectable. It offers four different modes to choose from, so I can select the most suitable one based on my needs. Its battery provides an exceptionally long usage time, so I don’t have to recharge it frequently.

Review: This hearing amplifier has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made！this one enhances my hearing in a way that makes me feel more connected to the outside world. so easy to use and insert into my ears and feel great there，it makes me feel more like l am before being able to hear everything around me. It was so clear and I could easily hear what was going on. it is very comfortable to wear and don’t fall out，l am very pleasantly surprised at the difference in being able to hear and the quality of the sound since using it.
