Review: Amazed how clear the viewing is. Has multi function to snap a picture or make a recording of your objects. Side lighting enhances coin viewing. Large color screen very clear. Rechargeable for 3 hour viewing.

Review: I sew and quilt. As I age, I was pondering a magnifying glass. My husband offered up one and I hated it. Instead, we bought this, which was comparable in price to a high quality magnifying glass. It is possible to get only a 5 times magnification from this, but it can go much higher than that. Admittedly, I haven’t had time to play with it, but yesterday my husband had a tiny tiny splinter of metal in his hand. He used this to see what it was and how to remove it. It was amazing. I am sure others have much more impressive uses for this beyond “magnifying glass”, but wow what a magnifying glass.

Title: Great in general but no full view on silver dollars.
Review: The quality on this was excellent and it was easy to assemble and use. The only flaw for me was that it can’t get an entire Morgan or Silver dolar in view at the top height. That’s a bit a deal breaker for me since I want to use it to photo coins to post them on Ebay, etc.Other options list that you need to move the microscope portion up but that isn’t possible with this since it can’t attach to the base of the microscope since it isn’t wide enough.For inspecting coins for damage and errors it’s excellent though and I appreciate that it holds a charge so you don’t have to plug it in the entire time.
