Title: Works Well and Fast Customer Support
Review: I ordered this because I have hearing issues and can’t hear the tv clearly, even with the volume turned up.This model was economical and since the ear pieces are connected, I won’t lose them should I fall asleep. Customer Support responded quickly when I used the Seller contact form, when I thought I had an issue during set up. The issue was a non-issue and I was quickly up and running. The transmitter tells you when you are connected and sound quality is rather good, clear and the ear pads are comfortable, and I typically don’t like this type of ear bud. I love how they provided multiple wire connectors, I’ll be able to use on different tv’s since I have two that have different connection options. Hopefully it stands up time, but for now, I am very pleased with my purchase!

Title: Sound settings confusing at first.
Review: I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because I have a Fire TV and these work great with Prime Video and Disney+. However, if you want to watch Netflix, Max, Paramount+ and probably other apps, you have to change the sound settings and your tv will be muted. I emailed the company and they were very helpful with this issue. The headphones do work great and are so lightweight, you can’t even tell you’re wearing them. They are super easy to set up as well !

Review: These headphones are easy to connect and have great clarity. They are a good quality, and the company stands behind their products. My headphones quit charging, and the company sent me a new pair immediately. I would recommend these headphones to anyone who wants/needs to hear the TV better. Sound delay is pretty good for causal gaming, if I reallllly concentrate i can maybe detect a little lag… but it’s what I expected.While charge the transmitter there is static in sound while charging transmitter because of the provided USB charging cable.Troubleshooting Instructions say ‘get rid of static by using a high quality USB charging cable’ – well it’s the cable you sent me.3 Stars for the price vs quality of product you’re getting.

Title: My 2nd purchase-transmitter is garbage
Review: This is my 2nd purchase of this brand. Love the first set and needed another unit. Unfortunately, the 2nd unit’s transmitter is really crappy. It constantly disconnects itself whether I’m watching a show or loading up another!! The headset works as promised also has great battery life. I considered returning, but only use this transmitter occasionally (still want to throw it against the wall whenever it disconnects itself and I have to get up and reconnect it.

Review: i have tinnitus, to hear the tv i needed to have it on high and on a sound bar to hear much. now with these i can hear my shows clearly. i bought a second pair for my second tv. w blue tooth most tv’s dont have capability. easy fix. JB HiFi has a blue tooth box for 109.00. best money ive spent for such comfort.
