Corned beef hash recipes vary from chef to chef and in this video I will be showing you how to prepare conred beef hash in my own how to corned beef hash style.
Corned beef hash doesn’t have a specific recipe and will vary from chef to chef, traditionally it’s made from surplus and leftover food hence the name hash, I have previously made a hash with surplus duck and for the potato element I have also used surplus roast potatoes. No hash though would be complete without a fried egg on top and for me I always serve my corned beef hash with a side of baked beans!!
