Review: This was an absolutely excellent book on many different ways to study the Bible. It goes in depth on five to seven different methods of .studying, ways, I simply would not have thought of. By offering these different methods and even suggesting to use multiple ways, I am very excited to get to work studying. I cannot recommend this book highly enough for anyone, from beginners to advanced students or scholars who want ways to get deeper into studying The Bible. This book is inspirational in and of itself.

Review: For all those interested in learning more about texts you can find in the Bible, this book is a good guide.Even though it is more oriented toward the New Testament than the Old One (which is more interesting, in my opinion), it is still worth reading because it gives plenty of advice on how to read with understanding, having in mind the period in which is the text in question is written, who is the author, what was the current political or personal situation in which (or because of which) the text is written at all.The Bible is not written at once, nor does it have only one author, and if you want to understand why its content varies so much, the best way is to learn how it is written.
