Title: A touch of magic!
Review: After purchasing these from Amazon and reading the information that came with them I realized I had purchased a little piece of Heaven. For as sure as the sun rises in the East and sets in the West you can be sure this company will back up what they claim. The K21 that they have launched is a complete improvement of the prior launch and it was one of the best for its time. The K21 is an upgrade that requires no tools for any adjustment. Just charge, clean and wear. All adjustments are made with your fingers- That’s why I say the magic touch! If you need any help you can contact their support team. They are very helpful and courteous.

Title: Great new product
Review: The K-21 model is an upgrade for me from the K-18 which I was very pleased with. There are a lot of new features, and I’m still exploring and experimenting which ones suit my needs best. Overall, I’m very pleased with iBstone products. Their customer service is outstanding. They are very quick to respond, and I’ve had no trouble getting a replacement if needed.

Title: Excellent Company Great Customer Service
Review: I have the K18’s which have worked well for me. When one failed near the end of the 1 year warranty period, the company was right on it with a replacement. My K18’s are working fine after 1 1/2 years, but when I replace them the new model with the US chips, auto-on and recharging case (like Air Pods) will be my choice.
