Title: Strength needed
Review: These worked well for my elderly mother. Small print or regular print is very hard for her to see. She’s 84 and has an eye disease that keeps her eye sight declining everyday. Not heavy, value for the money and she can now read her bible without struggling to see the words. I went up a little bit from her last pair to make sure the strength wasn’t too strong.

Review: 6 pair I’ve ordered over the past 7 months ALL had lenses is pop out & frames break w/o any abuse at allI suggest, like I did, finding one of the many less flimsy, higher quality, super strength, reading glasses out there they are there on Amazon and I found them even though I can’t reference specific details here

Title: Clear and well fitting
Review: These glasses came quickl (2 days) and in crystal clear condition. I order reading glasses often because I am constantly taking them on and off, so I break the stems off .Hopefully the spring hinges on these glasses will help them to withstand the abuse I give them. I like the color for a couple of reasons: it looks pretty, and it provides nice contrast against furniture so I can locate them. If I had my druthers, these would be half rim glasses , but I will take them as they are.

Title: 9/10/20 Update of Original 5* Review: Now 3*. Best High Magnification Eyeglasses and Very Stylish
Review: I loved these glasses when I used them for 6 or 7 wks. Clear lenses, lightweight and nice looking. But last w/n I was reading, and the L lens fell out. I thought I could pop it back in but was disappointed to see the lens fell out b/c the frame broke. Argh! I then remembered I’d bought eyeglasses from In Style Eyes 8 yrs ago and had a similar experience not long afterwards. The price then was the same as these. How can you charge this much for a single pr. of readers for over 8 yrs. and only get a month or two’s use from them? Especially when so many sellers on Amazon sell packs of 5 pairs for $15 to $20 that last for years? And are also much more stylish? If you read below, you’ll see that I bought from In Style Eyes again b/c I needed readers that exceed 6.0 diopters, and few sellers offer them. I didn’t pursue this 8 yrs ago when my In Style glasses broke, but once was enough. I did this wk, and I was taken care of. For this reason only, I’m leaving a 3* review. Otherwise it would be 2*. I’ve never left a 2* review, but I think buyers should know before they purchase. Sure; it’s less than $30, but why throw it away?8/2020: Just received these high magnification eyeglasses in 6.5 diopters this week, and they’re excellent. I’m very pleased with the lenses being sparkling clear, the glasses are lightweight and feel sturdy, and the purple with black frames look very nice on. My main goal this time was eyeglasses that are strong enough for reading w/o eyestrain or squinting until getting a new Rx; but not necessarily stylish/great looking. This was b/c after going beyond 6.0 diopters in readers, the selections seem very limited, but In Style Eyes thankully have several to choose from. And the bonus is these are stylish and great looking! More so than pictured. I’ll try to get a decent picture and submit it and any updates if needed.It would be great if these were offered in a multipack also to have several on hand and in a purse. I found this pretty much nonexistent with readers over 6.0, possibly b/c there isn’t as much of a demand for them.

Review: I recently had my annual eye checkup at the doctor’s office. After measuring the strength of my reading glasses, they were surprised to learn that I had purchased them on Amazon. They measured exactly 4.5, making them as accurate as any glasses I could have purchased at the doctor’s office. Not only are they precise, but they are also lightweight, comfortable and stylish. I am thrilled with my purchase from Amazon and am glad I was able to save hundreds of dollars.
