Title: i needed these
Review: man, i’m so glad i finally tried these. chasing the grandkids around or golfing, i used to worry about that little leak, you know. these briefs completely supported me. they feel just like my regular athletic boxers, not bulky at all. washing them is a cinch, too—a real convenience. the only tiny thing is they take a little longer to dry than my usual stuff, but honestly, it’s a minor detail. zero issues with odor, and they hold enough for those ‘just in case’ moments. i feel a lot more confident getting out and about now. seriously a five-star find.

Title: Comfortable, athletic style, incontinence boxer briefs suitable for light leakage.
Review: These nylon/spandex boxer briefs look good and are suitable for activewear as well as everyday wear. The incontinence panel has no noticeable bulge when wearing and provides protection against occasional drips and dribbles. These are NOT absolutely “leakproof”. These are designed to hold up to 50 ml – which, frankly, is not a huge amount. For my needs, they work perfectly fine for when I go on walks and/or workout. They also work great for overnight use if you aren’t susceptible to overnight flooding. However, if I try to use them as full day underwear I have to be mindful of their 50ml capacity. These are good incontinence briefs. They provide plenty of support and protection. However, it is important to recognize that they have a limited capacity for leaks and dribbles.

Title: prevents seep-through, but overall only a stopgap
Review: The sizing is correct, large is about a 34″-38″ waist. The pic shows the unstretched size to be just about 30″, so large should in theory fit 30+ or better waist. I am 36″ and this fits fine. These do add some padding on the front so it does prevent some leak-through for those with older equipment that doesn’t quite shut off as it used to when we were younger. If you wear business casual this would be a good thing to wear to prevent those embarrassing stains that us older guys have to deal with. The downside is that these are quite hot and sweaty overall, so after 8hours you’ll want to change. Also the padding will absorb any leakage, but it will no contain odor. Finally, be sure you are comfortable wearling full boxer-briefs, as they do tend to ride. All in all I am happy with these, but they only mask the issues. If you wear them to work maybe couple them with some body spray for odor ablation. Good deal for the price, not a full solution.

Title: Whats most important to me is comfort, and quite frankly this fits the bill
Review: Whats most important to me is comfort, and quite frankly this fits the bill. There were 2 in a pack, but at time of writing im wearing a 2nd pair. Its extremely important though, that i mention, it has this crotch guard thing thats ment for leakage(?) I don’t have this issue but i guess good to know. It is comfortable though, and the mesh allows enough air flow to let down below “breath” but at the same time, still keep my manly bits secure, and comfortable (and no chaffing or rubbing up against thighs. For me at 232lbs, with XL Large Black, it fits comfortably.May end up buying like 8 more sets to phase out all my boxers specifically for these given the comfort level is just incredibly important.

Title: Very comfortable
Review: As we get older, things can happen, like leaks on the way to the bathroom, or anywhere. I’m 69 and have to admit it occasionally happens. These incontinent underwear solve that problem perfectly. They fit comfortably under your clothes, and their non-bulky design will keep your secret, unlike those adult diapers. They are very functional while being undetectable even under thin dress pants. The fact that they are machine washable is an added bonus.

Title: The padding is a drawback and does not fit properly
Review: I bought these for my husband based on the size chart, and we went with a Large. His normal sizes are XL and 34×36 pants. The fit overall is good to great—especially the waistband, which stayed comfortable even on a hot day. They’re breathable and do a decent job absorbing sweat. However, the padding is a major drawback. It crinkles audibly when walking and fits too loosely around the groin, cupping awkwardly between the thighs. Everything else fits well, but the padding design really detracts from the comfort. It would be much better if the padding were removable or thinner. The biggest issue is the price. At this cost per unit, we can’t justify more than two stars. If they were closer to $30 for the pair, we’d consider giving them 3 stars.

Title: Works well for minor leaks
Review: I have a 38″ waist and the large size fits fine. The material is 85% nylon and 15% spandex. I’ve suffered from Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) for many years and it finally got so bad I had to use disposable catheters for almost two years. I had to wait over a year for the prostate surgery to allow me to urinate again. That was five weeks ago and the surgery was a success! However, now I am wearing diapers! I guess after almost two years of using catheters my sphincter muscles have atrophied and I cannot hold it in anymore. My urologist says this is a common malady after prostate surgery and will correct itself eventually after a few months. Disposable diapers are very wasteful and I was hoping I could use reusable incontinence underwear but alas, I cannot. This underwear works fine for “minor” leakage but it doesn’t work for the kind of leakage I am experiencing after surgery. After about an hour in these briefs they are completely soaked and become uncomfortably wet. They are just no substitute for Depends or Amazon Basics Protective Underwear. Again, these briefs are great if you have minor leakage but they are no substitute for disposable diapers after prostate surgery.

Title: Comfortable and discreet
Review: These are a nice sporty material and look, plus they fit well. The band is comfortable and not too wide. The material seems like a good quality. The absorbing part kind of makes a crinkly sound when nee but it isn’t very loud or noticeable so not a big deal. It isn’t overly bulky either so nothing is noticeable at all even if only in your underwear. Comfortable whether you need the absorbing feature or not. I would recommend these to others and would buy again.
