Title: High quality product
Review: These hearing AIDS are very valuable and excellent! My grandmother was able to hear and talk to us after years of hearing impairment! My grandmother says it’s comfortable to wear them even for a long time, and I appreciate that! Quality products and high value!

Title: Very poor product support
Review: The hearing aid portion of the product worked great. However the Bluetooth portion could not tested. An app is required to use blue tooth features and I was unable to get the app. It is not listed in instructions. You are supposed to write to protect support to get the name of the app. They send you an email with a png picture file that can’t be opened. Very poor customer service. Too bad I like the hearing part, don’t waste your time. Sending it back.

Review: While these hearing aids fit beautifully in the ear..and are nearly invisible…they whistle while you are wearing them. Very annoying and distracting. That alone ruins any positive advantage to using them

Review: I have contacted the Vendor several times for detailed guidance how to better understand and use the mode and volume selections of both the hearing aid units. As such, if no step by step information is provided for use of the product, they must be returned as unusable. Thank you.

Title: Pros and Cons
Review: These HA’s fit deeply in my ears and seemed to have decent sound quality and amplification. I ended up returning them because they were very uncomfortable to wear ( the pull string dug into my ear) and I could not get to the button to change volume and programs while wearing (button too low and close to pull string. I would be happy to try a model with a different physical configuration.
