Title: Works good if charged
Review: Got this to communicate with my disabled son when I’m upstairs. Works great but the power cord isn’t long enough to reach my son’s table. So sure enough the one time he needed to reach me it was dead. Doesn’t hold a charge even when hardly used. Will have to remember to plug into base daily. Would be so much better if it held a charge for a few days.

Title: Broke just after return window closed.
Review: Worked for a month and then stop just after the return. One of the units will not charge and we’ve tried all the other things including trying the handheld unit on each of the chargers when I use a different handheld unit it shows this charging but it will not do anything. One Is still fine but it doesn’t have anything to connect to.
