Title: Excellent quality.
Review: My wife just got this today. Her old hearing aids of about 8 years broke. I paid about $6,500 for them at that time. I paid almost $2000 for this set. She is absolutely thrilled. These are better that her original set. She downloaded the app and set them up herself. It was so exciting for her that she went over to one of her friends that needs hearing aids but couldn’t afford them. Her friend tried them and she bought a pair. Very good quality. I highly recommend them.

Title: Very well made
Review: This is my first time with hearing aids and thought I’d give them a try. This brand has always made quality phone accessories so it seemed natural to try their hearing aids. The case which charges them is a great size and very well made. Fits in my pocket well and isn’t too large to be uncomfortable. The hearing aids themselves are very small and once on I did not feel them in or on my ears. The mic on these seems to aim down and behind me so I feel like I hear myself talking and noise behind me better than what is in front of me. Again this is my first time with a hearing aid so I need more time playing with them. My first impression is that the battery life is excellent lasting all day for me no problem and they are very small so comfort and anxiety of people noticing them is minimal. Overall I’m very happy with them so far, but there is definitely an adjustment to getting used to them. The high tones are a little more treble crispy for me and the deeper bass tones can be a little flat. There is no question about how well these are made, but I gave 4 stars because the audio was not what I expected at this price point. My hearing is still pretty good but I got these to help in loud environments where I need to focus on the person in front of me who is talking. Maybe if I was more hearing challenged this would work better but I still need to play with these more. I almost have to have someone stand at my side to get the best quality out of the audio being amplified. Definitely less than custom fit aids but pricy enough that I couldn’t give 5 stars based on the experience. Still very good and might be 5 stars after more time using them.

Title: Easy to Use!
Review: I have several family members and friends with moderate or worsening hearing loss, so I was fortunate to be able to test these hearing aids. Full disclosure, I do not have hearing loss, myself, and have not personally used prescription hearing aids, so I can only review these based on my subjective experience. The good news is that the experience was quite good! Each aid is extremely light, to the point that they can be worn and forgotten about easily. They have adjustable parts, as well, but I found they fit quite comfortably right out of the box.The process of setting them up was quite easy, as well. The case is charged by a simple USB-C – I tested them with a battery bank and they worked flawlessly. The instructions are simple enough, though they do require a few “button rituals” that you’d see on something like a pair of wireless earbuds. For example, you have to hold the button for five seconds to turn them on/off, 2 seconds to change modes, and quick tap to change volume. This could be a little difficult to get used to for an elderly or impaired user, but there are mercifully few functions that need to be learned. Fortunately, these have physical clicking buttons for these processes and not the horrible tap controls you’d see on non-medical audio devices, which makes holding the button down more error-proof.From there, they worked pretty much exactly as I would have expected. Sounds from a TV became louder and clearer, and the volume was easy to adjust to a comfortable level. I did think they was a bit of static at first, before I realized that they were doing a particularly good job of amplifying the sound of a nearby fan. I’d say that the sound quality was flawless, though this is probably the metric that’s most difficult to judge without hearing loss.As a medical device, these are naturally quite expensive, but my understanding is that they’re nothing compared to paying out of pocket for a non-OTC version of the same quality, and I didn’t experience anything that suggested that the quality wasn’t worth the asking price. No parts (or even packaging) seemed cheap or phoned-in; it all seemed like top quality equipment. I see no reason not to give them a full recommendation!
