Title: Definitely a quality product
Review: Purchased for a friend who was is loosing his vision. He was using a magnifying taped to edge of a table to read. He continuously thanks me. He was really surprised at all the options. Definitely worth the price and seems to a well made product.

Title: Lack of focal length options/adjustments really drag this item down, unfortunately.
Review: I ordered this hoping it would be useful for electronics work in particular. And for inspecting boards, it’s mostly fine, but for doing actual work like soldering, not so much. There’s just no space between my face and the work for tools of any kind, let alone a dangerous soldering iron you can’t see either in view or in focus until it’s right on top of the work. There are things to like: the rechargeable battery for the lights (uses USB-C, even), various light levels, shades to tint the light to better suit the kind of work you’re doing, the eyepieces being separately raiseable so you can get one out of your way if you only need the other. And magnification options, ignoring the abysmal focal length for now, are reasonably plentiful. I like that you can go with either an elastic strap around your head or with the traditional arms you find on glasses. I absolutely prefer the strap, especially given how much I have to bend down to get so stinkin’ close to the work with these.Basically none of the images on the product page of people doing work with these could possibly be real. They are all way further away from the work than these allow. The pain points, literally: hard plastic nose bridge, hard plastic eye cups. Both are uncomfortable after some time. Also painful: having to be so close to the work. Trying to work around having to be so close to the work. There’s no horizontal adjustment possible to be able to go dual-lens. None. There are no focus adjustment rings or focal-length adjustment options at all. None. These are fairly plastic-feeling and of course, at the price point they were at when I ordered, I am not surprised by the materials or lack of features and everything. But a few small tweaks here and there–maybe raising the price SLIGHTLY–would have made these a really great and useful grab.As it is, these ARE serviceable, and I’ll end up using them, because, at the end of the day, the magnification options I need are there, and a few other features make this worth keeping around…. But I’ll definitely not being using it as much or as often or in ways as I expected, because they’re still a bit of a pain–literally and figuratively–to use.Do I recommend them at $20? Mostly no, but in a pinch, if twenty bucks is all you’ve got, you CAN get some things done with these. The lack of any sort of focal length options/adjustments alone really drags this item down. A shame, really.

Title: Focal Distance
Review: The focal distance is closer and closer the higher and higher zoom you go. All the way up to .59 inch. This means the object has to be a half inch from the lens/your face. So be prepared to be very hunched over, or bring the item up to your face to be able to use large magnification. This focal distance is clearly shown in the seller’s photos as text next to the microchips. But the usage photos seem to not show how close you actually have to be (6 inches in the minimum). The lights work well, but I couldn’t get them to change colors. You can adjust the direction of the lights. You can flip up or down each of these lenses independently. Swapping the magnification is easy. And you can adjust how far apart the lenses are to match your eyes. That being said, the do work well. Although the plastic is a very cheap feel. I had some seam-ripping to do, so these came in very handy. I found it is better to use just one lens because the two don’t match perfectly so you get gap or double vision. Plus it helps to have a normal eye to use. Getting the seam ripper under the stitches was much easier with these glasses, but it wasn’t very comfortable to do. Ended up going back to just normal eyes.If you have a high workbench or low chair where you can work at eye level, that would be a huge bonus to using these.Currently listed at $20, this price is ok. You get a decent pair of magnifying glasses. Not the best. But will get the job done. But won’t break the bank.

Title: Handsfree lighted magnifying options glasses
Review: Gamechanger for anyone needing precise, hands-free magnification, with a light. The lightweight frame also fits comfortably over regular glasses with adjustable straps, allowing me to keep both hands free for soldering or beading without the constant readjustment required by handheld magnifiers. The built-in LED lights —bright and adjustable, they provide even illumination without glare, making it easier to spot tiny details in low-light workshops.Kit came with 14 interchangeable lenses ranging from 3X to 15X, stored neatly in an included case. I frequently switch between the 3X-5X for broader views during sewing or general reading, and the higher 10X-15X for fine electronics work. The lenses snap in and out easily, and the optical quality is clear with minimal distortion at the edges, though I noticed slight chromatic aberration at the highest magnifications (15X) on very small objects. It’s designed for monocular use (one eye at a time) to maintain focus, which works well but might take a short adjustment period if you’re used to binocular setups. Has good battery life, lasting about 8-10 hours on AA batteries, and the overall build feels durable with reinforced plastic that holds up to daily use. The headband can feel a bit tight during extended sessions so I recommend loosening it periodically. Cleaning the lenses is straightforward with the provided microfiber cloth, but fingerprints can smudge them quickly. Overall, it’s comfortable for prolonged use, highly versatile with the lens options, and the LED lights make a huge difference in visibility.

Title: Ok, but not for my needs.
Review: They magnify and the different power lenses is nice – actually nice kitting/ case. But my eyes are apparently narrower than these were designed for – so I can only look at something with one lens (vs both). Focal length also came into play here. I prefer the single big lens on the visor type and the focal length of these required the object to be about 4-6inches in front of my face (I need to work on things at 1/2 to full arms length).
