Title: Very comfortable with good sound.
Review: This is my 3rd hearing aid. The first one was MD Hearing behind the ear. O erar glasses and loud noise was made every time I moved my head. The second was an Receiver in ear. While this worked better, it was uncomfortable and screeching was a problem. Also, they hurt my ears so I did not wear them very much.I received these and they came with multiple rubber ear peices. I like the vented style as it sounded more natural, and it was much better at reducing chewing noise.They are very comfortable I almost forget I am wearing them. My hearing loss is moderate up to 2000 hz, and severe above 4000 hz. You can test for free at checkhearing.org, no registration needed. My hearing improved by 20 decibels. I like the Loud Environment option the best as unexpected noises are much less significant.

Title: Amplifier only and many issues…
Review: First off these offer a few pre programmed settings and volume adjustments however they mostly just amplify everything and only offer 4 levels of volume control. No matter what we tried they didn’t sound right and would not stay in my ears. We tried the larger cushion fins and different sized earbud tips but that didn’t make a difference. Another nice feature was the streaming option, but even that has issues. They do switch seamlessly between streaming and hearing modes however they wouldn’t stay connected to the phone unless you leave the audio and calls options selected in the Bluetooth settings on the phone. The issue with that is every time the phone gets a text message or makes a sound the hearing aids cut out. They’re also too large. I don’t care if my hearing aids are noticeable but these are huge and look like massive earbuds for music. The touch controls were much more responsive than the controls on my other jlab wireless earbuds which was good to see, but overall I can’t recommend these at all even though I typically like JLab products. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

Title: Does not stay-put in ear.
Review: First the good part. These were easy to pair via bluetooth to my Android phone. They worked well on phone calls, alarms, etc. Also, it was easy to access the buttons to answer phone calls and raise and lower volume. However, I could not get them to stay-put in my ears no matter which set of ear cups I used. They kept falling out; tilt head to one side, and the one on that side falls out. Sometimes, not even tilting head, just moving around and they fall out. Also, since they don’t fit far enough into the ear canal, the sound volume varies. This makes them useless to me. They may work for others depending on the ability to fit one’s ear canals. The charger holds enough power to charge the hearing aids 3 times. But, the charge only has a short built in pigtail with a male USB-C plug. This works only if you have a computer or powerbank to recharge from; trying to use with a wall outlet charging block is not at all practical since the unit requires something to rest on due to short pigtail. Or, you need to a longer cord with a USB-C female end, which is not provided.

Title: Great OTC hearing aids and earbuds.
Review: Works great as a temporary hearing aid for my 92 year old mother who is on hospice and has had an acute hearing loss. This is making her last weeks or months much better. She has been able to hear us and listen to music she loves.

Title: Good, not great
Review: For the price, I think these are worth it. Others in this class are $100 more. It can be echoey and is not great in wind, but works well for one on one convos. I can’t use them in loud restaurants. I find them comfortable and super easy to charge. (I have mild-moderate hearing loss)

Title: Does not meet expectations.
Review: They are too large to fit in my ear canals and are very visible. They make a screeching noise which pulses every few seconds. Controls not obvious. No cord provided to charge w the cord on the hearing charger device. Have yet to find the right fit. Not happy.

Title: Wide Ranging Equalizer is a Plus
Review: Considering the price range, these are very good hearing aids and earbuds for my laptop. I like that it has a wide-ranging Equalizer since my hearing loss is almost entirely above 4KHz,They don’t replace my $4,000 hearing aids, but are great for travel and a fill-in when I forget my charger for the expensive ones (like I did before this purchase!). 🙂

Title: Either product was defective or it’s absolute garbage
Review: I’m quite techy and I followed the directions. After connecting the Bluetooth and placing these in my ears, I could barely hear it. I was playing songs from Spotify. I turned the volume up to full and no matter what I did, I could barely hear. I do have poor Hearing and I purchased these because of their supposed Hearing aid function. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I certainly don’t think so because when I use my Apple AirPods, which I plan on returning the volume was certainly loud enough to hear. I have zero problem, understanding or hearing using either my JBL or my beats headphones. Maybe I just got a dog pair, but I’m beyond disappointed with these things. There’s somewhat of the company happens to read this and wants to give me a call to set up an online meeting to fix them. That’s great. Otherwise they’re going back in a few days. Honestly, I’m really shocked that unbelievable disappointed.
