Title: Amplifier only and many issues…
Review: First off these offer a few pre programmed settings and volume adjustments however they mostly just amplify everything and only offer 4 levels of volume control. No matter what we tried they didn’t sound right and would not stay in my ears. We tried the larger cushion fins and different sized earbud tips but that didn’t make a difference. Another nice feature was the streaming option, but even that has issues. They do switch seamlessly between streaming and hearing modes however they wouldn’t stay connected to the phone unless you leave the audio and calls options selected in the Bluetooth settings on the phone. The issue with that is every time the phone gets a text message or makes a sound the hearing aids cut out. They’re also too large. I don’t care if my hearing aids are noticeable but these are huge and look like massive earbuds for music. The touch controls were much more responsive than the controls on my other jlab wireless earbuds which was good to see, but overall I can’t recommend these at all even though I typically like JLab products. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

Title: Don’t waste your money.
Review: I had high hopes for these because I hate my current OTC hearing aids. These things were A+ comfortable, but D- on sound quality. Also, I couldn’t get them to Bluetooth pair with my phone, which was 50% of the reason I bought them. Searching around on the internet indicates that this is a common problem with JLab earbuds. I am returning these.

Title: Great if you can get it to pair
Review: I was very happy with this hearing aid when I first received it. When paired it allowed me to make adjustments on my iPhone that really helped my hearing in crowds and restaurants. After a week they would not pair and would not work as well with just the standard operation. I ordered 2 more units but neither of them would pair with my iPhone. I returned them all. If Jlabs gets their quality control issue fixed, I would order them again.

Title: Fantastic Hearing Aids – Easy to Use Clear Sound, and Excellent Bluetooth Functionality
Review: I’ve been using these hearing aids for a white now. and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They are incredibly easy to use which is a huge plus for someone like me who isn’t very tech-savvy. The sound quality is crystal clear allowing me to enjoy conversations and listen to music without any issues. What really sets these hearing aids apart though, is the Bluetooth functionality. Pairing them with smartphone and other devices was seamless, and the connection is always stable. Whether I’m watching TV, listening to music, or taking calls, the audio comes through loud and clear.The rechargeable feature is a great too—l no longer have to worry about constantty changing batteries. Title: Experimenting with Hearing Aids
Review: I do not yet qualify for hearing aids but need them in certain circumstances like watching TV with my wife or out to dinner. I wanted to start to learn about hearing aids, and for $100 the JLab OTC Hearing Aids is an inexpensive way to start. I like they have an app for managing the settings and they are comfortable in my ears, even for longer periods. My negatives are more about hearing aids in general, but that is why I bought the JLabs, to learn what to look for when I need the full blown models.

Title: Either product was defective or it’s absolute garbage
Review: I’m quite techy and I followed the directions. After connecting the Bluetooth and placing these in my ears, I could barely hear it. I was playing songs from Spotify. I turned the volume up to full and no matter what I did, I could barely hear. I do have poor Hearing and I purchased these because of their supposed Hearing aid function. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I certainly don’t think so because when I use my Apple AirPods, which I plan on returning the volume was certainly loud enough to hear. I have zero problem, understanding or hearing using either my JBL or my beats headphones. Maybe I just got a dog pair, but I’m beyond disappointed with these things. There’s somewhat of the company happens to read this and wants to give me a call to set up an online meeting to fix them. That’s great. Otherwise they’re going back in a few days. Honestly, I’m really shocked that unbelievable disappointed.
