Review: I am hard of hearing. I have tried a boatload of “hearing aids”. This is the best I’ve ever had. I have paid up to 300.00 for crap. these cut out background noise and enhance the speech around me. 59 bucks. cant lose. If you are suffering from a great deal of hearing loss give these a shot.
