Title: Very happy with purchase – helping me learn how my body responds to different foods
Review: The product works as advertised and expected. It was easy to setup and use, though I admit to also watching YouTube videos from 4 different tubers. The biggest benefit is understanding how quickly my body gets into ketosis and what foods will keep me there verses those that do not. I enjoyed the holiday parties without much concern over food choices because I knew I’d drop back into ketosis within 1-2 days and still lost 10 pounds. This helped me learn that even just being in mild ketosis still had me losing inches around the middle. I’m not sure I’d have been so motivated if I hadn’t seen my daily number immediately before breaking a 12-24 hour fast, depending on the day and life going on.
