Krispy Kreme Just Launched Its Most Decadent Doughnuts Yet

Some desserts are simply classic. A layered chocolate cake with chocolate frosting? Birthday classic. Apple pie in the fall? Another classic. A banana split at the ice cream parlor? Summertime classic.

And cheesecake? It ranks up there with the best of them as a timeless dessert for the ages. You know what else is timeless? Doughnuts. Krispy Kreme is catering to both cheesecake lovers and doughnut lovers with its latest collection, and the mashup sounds like a match made in dessert heaven.

Krispy Kreme’s New Craving Cheesecake Collection

We (correctly) assumed Krispy Kreme’s most recent collection would disappear from the bakery shelves after this past Easter Sunday. The bunny-themed doughnuts stuck around for two weeks, but they’ve now hopped off shelves to make way for the new Craving Cheesecake Collection.

Starting April 22, Krispy Kreme has three all-new doughnuts waiting to entice us with their cheesecake-inspired decadence.

The Craving Cheesecake Collection features:

• Strawberry Dream Cheesecake Doughnut: An unglazed shell doughnut filled with cheesecake-flavored Kreme, dipped in strawberry-flavored icing and berry-flavored graham crunch, and drizzled in white icing. 
• Cookies & Kreme Cheesecake Doughnut: An unglazed shell doughnut filled with Cookies & Kreme cheesecake-flavored filling, dipped in white icing, half-dipped in chocolate cookie crumble, and dusted with a powdered sugar topping. 
• Caramel Delight Cheesecake Doughnut: A cinnamon sugar ring doughnut topped with cheesecake-flavored buttercreme, salted caramel-flavored graham crunch, and caramel-flavored icing drizzles. 

Don’t those just sound divine?! These are all never-before-seen doughnuts at Krispy Kreme, but we wouldn’t be surprised if one or more became rotating varieties that end up in future limited-time collections.

The new doughnuts will be available individually or by the dozen in shops, as well as for pickup or delivery via Krispy Kreme’s app and website. If you don’t have a Krispy Kreme location nearby, the Craving Cheesecake Collection will also be available in 6-packs in select grocery retailers.

Like all Krispy Kreme collections, this one will be around for just a limited time, and we don’t even know how limited that time will be. So if you’re craving these cheesecakey doughnut delights, you should probably head to your local Krispy Kreme ASAP.
