Title: Disaster.
Review: This product is a disaster. I think it actually harmed my hearing. I downloaded the app from the Apple App Store. It was all in Chinese and I could not find a way to switch to English. I tried to get the app using the QR code in the manual. The website would not load on my phone. After charging the unit, I plugged in the earphones and was nearly deafened by the extremely high volume. It has two volumes: off and painfully loud. I am going to try to return it for a refund.

Title: A major step up from the older version he has used for so long….
Review: Please hearing aids require no special knowledge no special training or education in order to program and use them. They are super simple. The instructions are simple. The controls are simple and very few. So it’s very difficult to do anything wrong or push the incorrect button. Most of all they are effective. They don’t just raise the volume of everything around you, but only the conversations and the things obviously meant to be heard. And the sound is crisp and clear. The Bluetooth is a great option and easy to understand and use for someone a little older. For the price, I think these are a fantastic option. Plus he says they’re really comfortable
