Title: Didn’t know I needed one until I saw it in use
Review: This was a white elephant gift for a group ranging from 13 to 40. The 15 year old ended up getting this, out it together immediately, dared everyone else to try and take it from him, and then proceeded to not pay attention to anything else the rest of the night. I’d say this was the gift exchange winner. I ended up ordering one for myself.

Title: This lap stand works better than I expected
Review: When this lap pillow holder for electronic devices arrived I immediately thought Oh no. This is NOT going to hold an I Pad weight.But it does. Mostly.I was really drawn to this as holding my kindle/IPad/Phone while reading a book or on the phone, etc can really be wearing on my wrists. And eventually my neck as the E device sinks to sitting directly on my lap.This item assembles quickly and easily and I also understand why and how to take it apart in order to wash the pillow. And I am certain the trays for snacks or pens or whatever you want to put in them will be useful but I would have preferred that they used that space to weight the entire structure more. Particularly for an I Pad sized device.The structure allows a great variety of adjustments and angles and easily locks into place. And once that is done and the E device clasped then the stand works well on your lap. But you have to be careful as it can be easily tipped over and the next thing you know your pretzels and your device is on the floor (hypothetically that is. Not that it happened to me).With a bit of a learning curve I am using it even though I wish each time that they had offered more than 2 colors as the pink was the only one left for me to select. At least it’s a soft pink versus neon pink.In summary I am using this daily in my favorite chair each evening so it’s useful. And I only pulled back to 4 stars over the weight and limited color options.
