Review: Phone works fine but memory buttons failed after about 4 or 5 months. There are still a few that work but only two. The phone it self works great but I did buy it so the grandparents wouldn’t have to dial peoples phone numbers.

Review: bought this for my mom who has Alzheimer’s. the main issue is that it was often not working, and it was inconsistent when it would work. i tried replacing the landline router from the phone company 3 times, and it never solved the problem. i switched phone carriers, and now with verizon, i can see my call coming in, but the phone doesn’t ring nor have a dial tone. i don’t understand the problem.even when the when the phone works, the ring volume is way too loud on the lowest setting. and the call quality was less than good.cannot recommend this product.

Title: What a life saver
Review: I bought this phone for my mother who has dementia and can’t remember phone numbers and no longer has access to a cell phone to use. We put pictures of the her husband and the two kids and all she has to do is just pick up the receiver and push a picture of one of us she wants to talk to. The sound is good, buttons are large and easy to see, the picture can be quite small but it works as intended. It was also a good value as it was not expensive.
