Title: As advertised
Review: Purchased phone for 101 yr old mother in law. She is legally blind and hard of hearing. She can’t hear the ringer due to its pitch. When in use, no volume adjustment for voice speaking. There is a red light that flashes when phone rings. In the end, I just installed Magicjack and she can talk from her computer which is attached to a large screen tv and use headphones. Decent phone that just didn’t work for our situation.

Title: Just okay. Weird mix of senior friendly and unfriendly design
Review: The size of the buttons, SOS button, and light that blinks to show when the phone is ringing are all great and very senior-friendly features. But then you have the handset which has a shape that is too smooth (in my opinion) without defined-enough edges to make it easy for a senior to hold (especially one with serious arthritis). The PLUG into the handset is also mounted sideways, which it weird. And then you have the buttons on the back for ringer volume, etc that have teeny-tiny switches and very small writing that is VERY senior unfriendly. So, overall I would say this is about 60% of the goal for senior-friendly phone. The big picture stuff is done fine, but the details is where this falls down. So three stars.

Title: Light in weight and it works like it should
Review: Phone is a very lightweight phone base and is easy to change ringer/recieved volume levels. I purchased for my Mom whom is elderly, and she can hear the ringer, thru receiver when talking, and isn’t heavy which helps on the hands.
