Title: Terrible ring!
Review: Yes we still have a landline-hey we have kids! Our old portable phones we dead and not holding a charge. Since we have cells we opted to get a basic old style phone. This is exactly what it is. The numbers are large for those with poor sight. There is a red light on it that flashes when the phone rings. Only problem is the ring is so loud and shrill even on low. This can mount on the wall which I cannot comment about, ours sits on a desk. I gave it four stars only because of the rings however, if you are buying this for the elderly it would be a five star.

Review: I bought this for a relative in a nursing home. The nursing home provided AT&T phones that were cheap never worked well and didn’t last for any time. This phone has a strong ring and has continued to work well over the last couple months. I am very happy with this purchase.
