Title: The material is extremely cheap
Review: The product works but the quality of the product is too cheap. Us pays way more than the products we actually buy. This product should have been like 7/8$ at the family dollar or dollar tree. It also came way smaller than the actual advertisement.

Title: This is a good phone but too complex to set up and maintain.
Review: The instructions are like a nightmare. I still cannot get my speed dial numbers to take; and I wouldn’t even dare to put in the 25 additional numbers (see no point in that anyway). The instructions do not mesh with the phone itself. And there is not even a button to control volume. All in all, while the phone seems to be ok, I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had known the instructions were like alien calculous.

Title: Loud ringer, but easy to muffle
Review: No batteries! Caller ID worked great out of the box. Crystal clear audio. OK, the ringer (buzzer) is loud enough to wake the dead, and there is no setting to lower it. So just take off the back and apply some non-conductive goop if your choice. I used hot-melt glue, but silicone caulking would probably work fine too. Done!

Title: Cheap plastic with expected lifespan of a month.
Review: Problems begin with trying to plug in the cord to the base. AS I tried to push in, the wire holder pushed inside and is on the verge of breaking. A simple pull will rip the guts out of the base. The ringer sounds like a cheap toy and only 2 settings extremely loud and obnoxious like a smoke alarm or rattling moaning. The phone is 3/4 size of a normal phone and does not sit well without hands. Lifting the phone more than 2 feet from the base and the phone lifts up and hangs in the air as it has no weight. The only term term purpose is to keep in place where it will not be used everyday, but for me, its the emergency landline if power goes out and cordless phones are useless. If offered a few options in a box store, this phone would never be chosen.
