Title: Very good magnifying glass!
Review: Love the magnifying glass. It’s heavier than I expected but I’m OK with that. The light (which can be adjusted) is very bright and can be used for the main big lens or just the two smaller lens on the handle. The large main lens is very clear and works very well for most of my needs. I highly recommend this item.

Title: It’s Ginormous!
Review: Excellent clarity. It’s big… really big. I should have paid more attention to other reviews. If you need a large magnifying glass, I’d rate this 5-stars. Despite its size, I love the ability to increase visibility with the different magnifying views. Perfect for close up viewing of tiny items. You can turn the lights on or off based on your needs.

Title: Great magnification, the LED lights make things much easier to read
Review: My wife is a cosmetics rep and the print on some items are so small she couldn’t read them, even with the magnifying glass she had. I gave this to her for Christmas and she LOVES IT! The magnifcation is perfect and the 4 different levels of magnification she says is magnificent. The LED lights make it super easy to use. No more standing next to a bright light.

Title: A Good, Handy Magnifier, But Lacks Rechargeable Battery Capability!
Review: To avoid any confusion as to the product description herein under review, the actual product description as posted by the seller on his Amazon marketing webpage is: Large Magnifying Glass with Lights,10X 25X 45X 60X Handheld Illuminated Lighted Magnifier, 5in Page Reading Magnifier with 12 LED Lights for Seniors Reading, Coins, Jewelry, Close Work – Green.I really don’t know if this is a coincidence or not, but Amazon has allowed me to review this aforementioned, handheld magnifier device ‘on the heels’ of a fairly recent review I performed on a somewhat similar Amazon competitive product. Perhaps that is intentional on their behalf, as, IMO, an already experienced similar product reviewer can often make for a more informative review when a more recent competing variant, such as this one, comes along.Accordingly, some of my following comments re the features of this magnifying product, currently under my review as a gold-rated Amazon Vine Voice review program team member, bear inevitable comparison/references to the prior iteration I tested from a competing Amazon seller. They are as follows:1) Most practically different from its ‘predecessor’ magnifier gadget I’ve alluded to, is the blatant fact that this one requires user supplied batteries in order to provide functionality. Needless to say, in these more modern marketing times whereby electronic gizmos of all types come with some form of conventionally rechargeable power sources (with the added convenience that almost all of them by now can be done so via a basic 5V cellphone charger), this significant fact immediately resonates that this item is already ‘behind the times’ of modern-day convenience. Not only would it save on added, after-purchase maintenance expense of the product, it makes this one to be labelled a bit too pricey for just that vitally lacking rechargeable capability alone.2) Aside from my foregoing heavy critique of the need for periodic battery replacement, I will give due credit to the ergonomic ‘feel’ and size of this visual magnifying aid. Both of the versions I’ve tested do pack some noticeable weight, so anyone anticipating using this type of item needs to take into account that any extended use will require a strong grip, wrist and arm strength holding session to attain its full value.3) For my type of normal/typical ‘around the house’ project usage, it’s hefty design nature gives me the feel of impending successful empowerment over my intended target’s features whenever I seek to enlarge and better decipher its full detail(s).4) Regarding the other ‘bells-and-whistles-like’ add-ons found on this device, this ‘guy’ is not lacking any of those I’ve noticed on other models. It’s single, handle-shaft mounted on off button is a snap to operate. In so doing, it first engages the on/off function, upon which any number (three different colorations to be exact) of powerful LED lights begin to sequence upon continued pressing of the single button. This would typically include an initial multi-LED full circumference array of 12 super-bright mixed ‘soft’ and daylight’-emitting bulbs, followed up by six soft and then six bright white lights that activate respectively in turn by pushing the button twice again. The final ‘kicker’ option is the activation of the handle mounted, generally bright ‘flashlight’ feature that can be used for any wide external area search purpose…and that’s right, as you might have guessed by now, it’s activated by yet another push of the same ‘universal’ single push-button switch.5) As functionally good and practical this item is, I still can’t get over that lack of a rechargeable onboard battery. It even comes with a very nice and appropriate, informatively-printed box, which makes for an ideal totally excellent gifting idea. So, for all the ‘Pros’, and the one salient ‘Con(s)’, I’m compelled to offer a very good 4 stars’ rating, but unfortunately not a great 5 stars owing to that one negative power source issue.
