Title: Overall, these are great LED fixtures
Review: I was a little worried about ordering these LED light fixtures for my kitchen to replace 20 year old fluorescent tube light fixtures that were on both the top and bottom/underneath of my kitchen cabinets. One reviewer said they were too bright. I think if you use the “coolest” 5,000 k color it might be too bright for some people, but I have mine set at 3,000 k and they are perfect and definitely NOT too bright. The 3,000 k color is a balanced color, not too warm and not too cool. One reviewer stated the 12 in fixture color temperature settings don’t match all the other lengths. I can confirm that is accurate. I ordered all sizes: 12 in, 16 in, 18 in, 24 in, 32 in, and 40 in. because all my cabinets varied in sizes, and how to run enough of these fixtures to fit end to end, and mostly fill the cabinets, I am seeing what that reviewer is saying and the 12 inch 3,000 k color is SLIGHTLY different than all the rest. I only have 1 of these 12 in fixtures and it’s in a corner and honestly it’s not noticeable unless you look under the cabinet and stare at the light comparing it to the other ones next to it, but again, it’s not noticeable enough to bother me. If it’s something that might bother you, see if the 16 inch fixture will work instead of the 12 inch for your needs. I had my electrician install these for me (hardwired) and he said they were very easy to install and of all the similar fixtures he’s installed, these are among the better quality to best quality fixtures he’s come across. There are 2 different attachment pieces to connect these end-to-end, a short end-to-end connector piece and a longer, flexible piece. You can either hardwire these or plug into an outlet. The quality of the units seem very good metal housing with a plastic light diffuser piece. They are much more compact and nicer looking than the previous ones we had on our kitchen cabinets. Look at the dimensions, these are sleeker and not as bulky as some others. We’ve only had these installed for 2 days, and if there are any issues I will update the post if needed. I love the result and the light output of these.

Title: Does not have built-in dim switch

Title: Perfect for my kitchen undercounter lighting!
Review: These lights are perfect for under my counter. Love the different lighting choices on it. Nice and bright when you need it without it going too far out into the room to annoy someone. Dim it down to your liking for softer lighting effects. We connected 4 of them for a larger area we have.

Title: Issue with Plastic Screw Caps
Review: This is a nice light, it looks very nice- I had to replace my other one that stopped working. I found it difficult to put the cover on the backplate where the wires and clamp are – all the while ensuring that I didn’t lose a connection. My previous unit had quick connections for the wiring that worked a lot better than the plastic screws to hold the wires together. My biggest beef is with the screw caps on the exterior. One you cover the screw holes with the caps there is no way to get them off to be able to remove the unit from the cabinet! I’ve been messaging with support and nothing works! If someone can figure out how to remove the plastic screw caps please let me know!! I didn’t screw one side in far enough and I want to secure it further but can’t get the cap off! Otherwise they look great! Update: I was able to get the caps off by using a small flat head screwdriver to pry them out- it is a little scratched but I’m ok with it. I asked that they review this issue to make the screw caps easily removable for repositioning, wire reconnection, etc.
