In this video I will be showing you how to make a Leek And Blue Cheese Tart
I’ve used Roquefort cheese but you can substitute with any cheese of your choice provided it’s a cheese that bakes well, alternative cheeses could be a cheddar or goats cheese.

These make a great appetizer, can be served on a buffet or could make a main course with the adittion of a salad and coleslaw etc but serving preference is entirely your own choice.
